Refund policy

At Gallory Hive, all products are made to order using a Print-on-Demand (POD) service. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we gladly offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • You receive the wrong item or size

How to request an exchange or replacement:

  1. Contact us at hello@galloryhive.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will coordinate with our vendor to issue a replacement or exchange.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made items without defects

  • Items returned without prior approval

Return the product within 7 days. We will deliver the replacement within 15 days/time
