Delivery Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time:
Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather).

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to most locations domestically and internationally. If you are unsure whether we ship to your area, please contact us at hello@galloryhive.com

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Exchange Policy

At Gallory Hive, all products are made to order using a Print-on-Demand (POD) service. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, we gladly offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item or size

To request an exchange:
Email us at hello@galloryhive within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If your exchange request is approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.


Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only issued for damaged or incorrect items.

  • We do not offer exchanges for wrong size choices made by the customer—please double-check the size guide before ordering.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@galloryhive.com with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
